Terms of Use

  • Binding contract verbage for the driver and user Independent contractor agreement and verbage Location services must be turned on while using the app.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate any account that is under investigation or suspicion there of.
  • If driver’s ratings drop below a 4, account is at risk of deactivation.
  • Failure to cancel your contracted delivery within two hours of scheduled pickup will count against  your rating.(Drivers / lift assist/ teams) Customer cannot cancel the delivery with same day delivery Customers with scheduled deliveries cannot cancel within 24 hours of scheduled delivery.
  • Refunds will be given back to the original account in which the delivery was paid for.Driver/ lift assist will take 1 photo of each side of every item, (4) minimum, and submit before leaving the pickup location, Again at drop off location.Failure to submit photos will void any payment for that item.
  • Customer must sign for delivery. Delivery ends at the driveway. MUVRRS does not provide damage protection for inside the residence or business walls.
  • Returns are handled through the store, we will return an item to the original pickup location at the same rates as the delivery.
  • Exchanges are handled in the same manner as deliveries. Please contact the store prior to pickup to ensure a flawless convenient hassle free exchange.
