Who will deliver my order?

Depending on the size, there will be enough MUVRRS to load and unload your purchases.

How long does it take to get my items?

As soon as you need it! MUVRRS offers specialized same day delivery. You can also book a MUVVRS delivery in advance.

How do I return an item?

Simply follow the return instruction as directed by the manufacturer. Please advise that you had MUVRRS deliver the items to your door.

How do I cancel specialized same day delivery?

We hate to hear you are cancelling, simply click the cancel button, verify your identity and click its done. We do require 24 hours notice on scheduled deliveries, Specialized same day deliveries cannot be cancelled without a fee of $100.00. Don’t worry, you will be asked a few times if you are sure you want to trust MUVVRS with your items and confirm your delivery.

What if I don’t receive an item?

Uh….oh! lets look into that, please enter your order number and we can go from there. Print order number() We encourage our contractors to stay in contact with the customer when safely possible. Did you know that you can track your order in real time? Open the MUVRRS app to find out more!

How are my items handled for transport?

All items delivered will be handled with care, including tarps, blankets, tie downs and straps. Please refer to the photos MUVRRS send prior to pickup and after delivery.

What happens if I am not home for delivery?

Simply reschedule your delivery or we can store your items up to 30 days. (for a fee of course).

How do I reschedule a delivery?

Click on the order needing to be delivered, there you can choose your delivery time.

Can I schedule a delivery for the future?

Absolutely! Just order a MUVVRS for the day and time that works for you.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your form of payment will be charged Once you confirm your delivery and upon confirmation of your agreement to the terms and conditions of the app.

Can I communicate with my MUVRRS driver?

You can message any important information to your MUVRRS driver via text message or via Phone.

Can I track my items?

Package tracking is available, live tracking included in specialized same day deliveries.

Can I add items to my delivery?

Yes! Add as many items as you would like.

Can I provide a gratuity to my MUVRRS delivery team?

Absolutely! Our contractors work hard to give you the best delivery experience.
